I am searching for the right surgeon to perform a revision rhinoplasty.   I have been to see Bassim Matti for a consultation.  He told me that my bridge would need to be built up again as too much was removed; it will probably be from cartiledge taken from ear or my rib (ouch) and that he will refine the tip and narrow the nostrils so that it is proportion again. He is throughly charming and obviously a master of his profession.  Snag is almost 10k (ouch again).  I would like to hear from anyone who has had a revision with Mike Tyler who is based at the Chilterns in Buckinghamshire.  Anyone who has had experience with him and is happy (or unhappy) with their results, I would be grateful to hear from you or, if you don't mind, sharing photos too, that would be even better.
