Hi everyone, it is day four post surgery and I am really worried. I have the biggest pig snout I have ever seen in my life, I am crying all the time and I don't know what to do. I really hope it goes down, has anyone else had this problem? I have read on the internet about other people having it and have seen some photos, but none are as bad as mine. I am going to London to get my cast off this Thursday, if it still looks the same I will be devastated. The worst thing is I was actually quite pretty before, only I had a hump on my nose now I am very ugly. If my nostrils do not go down enough in the next 2 weeks then I cannot go on, my life has been ruined. I keep thinking its not that bad that I am exaggarating but then I look in the mirror.

Hi I am booking a Rhinoplasty with THG for next week hopefully... I have already had a consulation with Dr Adriano Seno. Does anyone know anything about him? Also has anyone recently had a rhinoplasty in THG with good/bad results? I am also worried that he will not make my nose the shape I want. I asked for a particular shape and showed a photo, he seemed annoyed and said he cannot give me someone elses nose. I then said I am not saying I want that exact nose, but a shape like/similar as I only wanted him to see that as an example. My nose has a bump on it and at the tip it has a kind of crack, if you know what I mean. I am just worried that he will only straighten my nose leaving it the same length and not giving it a more feminine shape. If my nose turns out like that I will be very upset and don't see the point in paying thousands.
