Can't believe how quickly time is going DAY 3 already..........

Finished the anti-biotics today and was surprised that they didnt make me feel sick at all, because when I had them tablets as a substitute for Penicillen when I was younger I was really sick!!!  Havent been in any real pain since the operation just a bit comfortable and my chest feels really tight but nothing to what I thought I would feel like!!!  Finding it hard to sit still and rest because I feel ok but making sure I don't lift the kids!!!  Stopped taking the pain killers today, they make me feel so sleepy.

Sleeping has been better than expected....my Sister has recliner sofas so we have both been sleeping on them and getting quite good sleep as were not worrying about anyone knocking into us and were upright which apparently helps with the swelling.

Check the dressings everyday and right boob seems to have slight bleeding not too much though so not too worried.....my Sister has the same.  Can't wait to take plasters off their starting to irritate a bit now, and wanna see how good the scars are.

Boobies feel softer than what I expected them to feel like....especially in the first few days!!!  Really happy with my new additions and hubby seems very happy too......perfect size for me!!!  Just cant wait to wear some nice underwear....

Hey Girlies...

Well we have finally joined the boobie club.........!!!!! We left home at 7am yesterday and arrived about 8:30am at Abbey Riverside and sat in the waiting room for a few minutes then we were taken to our own private rooms....very impressed the rooms were lovely!!!

I was in room 15 and my sister was next door room 14....still couldnt believe it was happening!!! Watched a bit of TV and my nurse came in and gave me my lovely paper knickers and nighty and measured me for my stockings...she was quite blunt as first almost rude but I know there busy. But when I compared my nurse to my Sisters nurse mine was 100% better.

Ordered my food for after the op then popped in and out of my sisters room to pass the time....Dr Meleagros came in and done his drawings on me and I decided to go with the 380's, signed the consent form then he said I will see you in a few hours OMG!!!!

I was the first into theatre.....11am the aneathitist came and got me and said right you ready.....cuddled hubby goodbye and went next door to say goodbye to my sis then walked to the theatre....got on to the bed and they put the needle in my hand then within a few minutes I was feeling drowsy!!! All the time thinking when I wake up I will have boobies!!!

Woke up in the recovery room and was smiling WOW i have boobies was so happy!!!! They wheeled me to my room and I got into my bed feeling surprising well, not in any pain....Nurse came in and put my surgical bra on that we got free with the Transform November deal and had a good look....was really happy with the results not too big not too small perfect!!!! Hubby walked in with my sisters fiance and everyone including me, was surprised how well I was!!! Had my cheese toastie and some biscuits and drifted in and out of sleep and waited for my Sis to come out of theatre......when she come out I really wanted to walk next door and see her but they wouldnt let me so got my hubby to let me know how she was feeling, she was well happy too!!! WAHOO!!! Sent each other a little video so we could see we were ok...lol!!!

My nurse came in and out and took me to the toilet the first time....then came in and removed my drains, was waiting for the pain but my nurse was so good told me to breathe in and pulled the drains out slowly bit uncomfortable but not painful...she put some more plasters on then Dr Meleagros came in and prodded the boobs and said everything is fine you can go home. The resident doctor came in and gave me my tablets then got dressed with the help of my hubby then walked next door to my sister!!! She was suffering abit from the drugs so was really sick but felt better after and we all got in the car to drive home....traffic in london was so bad took 2 1/2hrs to get back when it only took us an hour to get there!!! Finally got back and couldnt wait to have a proper look, were both so happy with the results at the moment and so happy we went through the experience together!!!

Had a reasonably good sleep....both slept on the recliner sofas and feel fine still....just a bit stiff when you sit still for too long so definately recommend moving about!!! Resident doctor called this morning to make sure everything was ok and now were both really looking forward to healing quickly and going bra shopping!!! Still cant believe we have actually done it!!! Thank you girlies for all your great stories and pics....definately helped me with the whole experience and I went into theatre not half as scared.....and so happy I made this decision!!!!
