Well I go for my surgery in two days time! Cant believe its nearly here after 10 years of trying to decide whether to go ahead. It really is now or never! Got 3 weeks off work, managed to keep social calendar clear for 3 weeks and only my hubby and mum know I'm going for surgery. Hoping no one notices I've had any work done on my nose which is really ironic seeing as I think my nose is massive and everyone notices it!

hi im booked in for BA at the hospital group in just over two weeks with michael payne im now a 34b and i am having 400cc implants soooo excited but nerves are now starting to kick in
