Hi
Just to say that I have just had rhinoplasty with Hesham Saleh and saw the results today. I am over the moon the results are better than I could have ever imagined. I personally think that an ENT specialist is a good bet for rhinoplasty as they know the anatomy and function of the area they are working on. Plastic surgeons are not so specialised and that is why people end up with breathing problems after the procedure. Of course you need an ENT specialist who is also an artist and can envisage what would suit ones features.
Mr. Saleh lectures all over the world, he is very professional and takes time to explain things. He also uses computer images to show you what you would look like. My nose turned out exactly the same as the image.
I think everyone in London seems fixated on the same two or three surgeons Mr. Saleh is a well kept secret!
